Terms of service

Last updated: April 16, 2026

Compliant draft. Final text under review by Tarlton Technologies' counsel. Your signed order form / MSA governs in case of conflict.

1. Acceptance

By using WebWorkers.ai you agree to these terms. If you're using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The service

We provide AI workers that answer, handle, and route calls and back-office tasks on your behalf. Minute bundles are purchased monthly. Overage is billed at the published rate. You can upgrade or downgrade tiers at any time.

3. Your obligations

  • Use the service only for lawful business purposes.
  • Don't attempt to use our workers for telemarketing violations (TCPA, DNC, quiet-hours).
  • Don't share account credentials.
  • Pay your invoices on time.
  • Provide accurate info when onboarding (call flows, price sheets, etc.).

4. Our obligations

  • Maintain 99.9% uptime SLA on business and enterprise tiers (credits for any breach).
  • Protect your data per our Privacy Policy.
  • Respond to support within published SLAs.
  • Give 30 days' notice on material terms changes.

5. Minutes & billing

Minutes are consumed when a worker is actively handling a call or back-office task. Hold time, menu navigation, and silent transfers don't count. Unused minutes don't roll over. Overage billed at $1.50/min (subject to current published rate). All fees are non-refundable except where stated.

6. Refunds

30-day money-back on pilot and starter tiers (first month only). No refunds after month 1 unless SLA breach. Enterprise terms negotiated separately.

7. IP & ownership

You own your data (call audio, transcripts, workflows, customer records). We own the platform, models, and any aggregated, anonymized analytics. Worker personas (if you use a licensed persona) remain the property of WebWorkers.ai and its originators.

8. Termination

Month-to-month customers can cancel with 30 days' notice. Annual customers get pro-rated refund less used minutes. We may suspend accounts for non-payment, ToS violation, or security incidents.

9. Warranties & disclaimers

Service provided "as is" except for the published SLA. We disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI workers are powerful tools but require your oversight — you remain responsible for compliance with laws applicable to your business.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid in the prior 12 months. Neither party is liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes resolved in Delaware courts unless we agree to arbitration.
