What counts as a minute?+

Talk time on inbound or outbound calls handled by your AI worker. Rounded up to the nearest minute per call. Voicemails and missed calls don't count. Hold time counts because your worker is still on the line.

What happens if I go over my bundle?+

Every minute over your bundle is billed at $1.50/min at the end of the cycle. We'll warn you at 75%, 90%, and 100% so you can upgrade before the month ends. No surprise invoices.

Can I change plans mid-month?+

Yes, any time. Upgrades prorate instantly and take effect on the next call. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle so you keep what you paid for. Your worker keeps its training, voice, and call history through any change.

Is setup really included?+

Yes. We port your number (or give you a new one), load your scripts, train on your knowledge base, and go live in under 48 hours. We built this for our own business first — there is no per-minute setup fee, no implementation fee, no success fee.

Do unused minutes roll over?+

Outbound minutes count the same as inbound. Your worker can run outbound campaigns — lead qualification, appointment reminders, win-backs — inside any plan. Outbound call compliance (TCPA, DNC) is on you; we provide the guardrails.
