1. Who we are

WebWorkers.ai ("we", "us") is a product operated by Tarlton Technologies, a US-registered company. This policy covers how we collect, store, use, and share information when you use our website, dashboards, and voice-first AI worker services.

2. What we collect

• Account data: name, email, company, phone, billing details.
• Call data: phone numbers, call audio, transcripts, timestamps, outcomes.
• Workflow data: integration tokens, CRM records, scheduling info you let us access.
• Usage data: dashboard logins, feature usage, minute consumption.
• Web analytics: aggregated page views, referrer, basic device info (no ad tracking).

3. How we use it

Strictly to deliver the service you bought:

• Answering and routing your calls.
• Pushing records to your integrated tools.
• Billing minute consumption.
• Troubleshooting incidents you report.
• Improving our platform — we do not train our core models on your audio, transcripts, or workflow data.

4. Who we share with

• Telephony providers — required to place/receive calls.
• Your integrated tools (HubSpot, QuickBooks, etc.) — only the specific data you configure.
• Sub-processors under contract (hosting, payment processing) — audited annually.

We never sell your data. We never share with advertisers. Law enforcement requests are evaluated and fought when appropriate.

5. Retention

Call audio and transcripts are retained for 7 years by default — configurable on request. Account data is retained for the life of your account plus 2 years. Financial records retained per US tax law (7 years). You can request deletion at any time (subject to legal hold).

6. Security

Data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Role-based access. Audit logs. SOC 2 Type II in progress. HIPAA-ready with BAAs on request. Incident response target: 4 hours.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Email [email protected] or use the dashboard. We respond within 30 days.

California residents have CCPA rights. EU residents have GDPR rights. We honor both regardless of your location.

8. Changes

We post changes here with an updated "Last updated" stamp. Material changes get emailed to account owners 30 days in advance.
