How it works

From call to live AI worker in 72 hours.

No RFPs. No implementation consultants. No prompt engineering. Pick a worker, upload your playbook, port a number, go live. Byron built this for his own towing operation before he built it for anyone else.

Four steps. Three days. One bill.

Most of our customers are live before they would have even received a resume from a traditional staffing agency.

01

Pick your worker

Browse the marketplace by role (dispatcher, CSR, scheduler, billing clerk) or by industry. Every worker has a resume, live phone demo, and starting price. Hire in minutes, not weeks.

02

Upload your playbook

Drop in your SOPs, scripts, price sheets, FAQs. Paste URLs or connect Google Drive. We turn it into the worker's knowledge base in under an hour — no prompt engineering required.

03

Port a number or use ours

Keep your existing business line — we port it or set call forwarding. Prefer a fresh number? We issue one in the area code of your choice. SMS, voicemail drop, IVR all included.

04

Go live

Flip the switch. Your worker answers the very next call. Every interaction is transcribed, scored, and pushed to your CRM. You get a Slack/email digest daily. Stop paying overtime tonight.

14 bundles from pilot ($249/mo for 200 minutes) to enterprise ($54,999/mo for 100,000 minutes). Overage is a flat $1.50/min. No seat fees, no integration fees, no surprises.

“We replaced our overnight dispatch desk on a Tuesday. By Thursday the owner was sleeping through the night for the first time in a decade.”

Common questions.

How fast can we actually be live?+
72 hours from contract signed to first live call is our standard. Customers with clean SOPs can go live same-day.
Does it sound like a robot?+
No. Our workers use the latest conversational voice models with natural prosody, turn-taking, interruption handling. Most callers assume they're talking to a person.
What happens on a call we can't handle?+
Warm-transfer to a human on your team. The worker stays on the line to brief your rep, then drops off. No cold hand-off, no repeat-yourself.
How do you bill? Per minute? Per call?+
Minute bundles. You buy a monthly bundle (starting at $249/mo for 200 minutes). Overage is $1.50/min. No per-seat fees, no per-integration fees.
Do you replace our existing phone system?+
No. We slot in as an extension, a forward, or a port. Keep your existing PBX if you want. We can also replace it with a fully cloud IVR.
Can the worker actually do things, or just talk?+
Actually do things. Book appointments, dispatch jobs, take payments, update CRM records, send texts, trigger workflows. It's a worker, not a chatbot.
What integrations do you support?+
Listed above — 30+ pre-built. Missing one? We build custom integrations in 3–5 days. Webhook + API support is standard.
Can we review/listen to calls?+
Every call is recorded, transcribed, and scored. Dashboard shows all activity. Flag calls for QA. Export to your call center software if needed.
